The roster provided is up-to-the-minute and synchronized with live data from the Student Information System (SIS). Please verify the attendance in your class with the online roster. Any students not officially registered in the class should not be allowed to attend. The add/drop period for the Spring 2008 semester ends January 29, 2008. The Office of the Registrar, in cooperation with the Office of Technology Services maintains, an e-mail list-serve service for the faculty and students enrolled in the current semester.
Faculty and students are able to contact those enrolled in a given course through a common email. E-mail is created for the course when the course is officially activated on the course schedule.
For specific instructions please go to registrar.iit.edu > Quick Links > Faculty & Staff
Resources > Faculty/Student Course E-mail List-serves.
Please encourage your students to activate their IIT email address via the myIIT portal or forward the address to another email for usage. Students may find complete instructions on forwarding at the Office of Technology Services website, or for instructions on the new myIIT portal please click here.
We will continue to exclusively use the system for grading this semester and faculty will receive notices when the system is available for grading. For a list of all
possible grades for undergraduate and graduate students go here.
