Beginning January 2, 2007, IIT launched the myIIT web portal for students and faculty. You may access Web for Faculty, along with email and other important functions, by visiting http://my.iit.edu and logging in with your current email username (UID) and password. Once logged in, Web for Faculty is accessible by selecting the appropriate icon at the top right of the welcome screen.

You may also access Web for Faculty the traditional way through the iit.edu homepage under Faculty and Staff or through the www.enrollment.iit.edu website –go to QuickLinks - Web for Faculty.

After your grades are posted, you will receive an email the following Monday with your grades listed for verification.  If your email address has changed recently, please email the corrected address to faculty.help@iit.edu or contact Erica Warrior at 312.567.5791 before you post your grades.

Final Grading Procedures

The standard Undergraduate/Graduate grading scale

will be used for Final Grading. Only the S (Satisfactory) or U (Unsatisfactory) will be used for those courses that are normally graded with this option.  Faculty may view the grade scale and interpretations at http://www.enrollment.iit.edu/facstaff/grades/

Students who are not on the online roster should not have been attending the class. If any students are attending your class whose names are not on the roster, please refer them to the Office of the Registrar as soon as possible. Pleaseremember it is illegal to post any grades in your department or office by name or social security number or CWID. Please inform your students that they may view their Final Grades through Web for Students immediately following your submission of grades to Web for Faculty.

Faculty advisers may view their individual advisee’s grades through Web for Faculty on the Unofficial Transcript.
